The Rolling Stones landed on the Sunset Strip in December of ‘71. After their famous “exile” from Great Britain, and a short stint in the south of France, the rebellious band of misfits came to LA in hopes of “re-inventing and re-invigorating” their musical muse. This history became the vision and story for what would become 8950 Sunset. A gorgeous, one-of-a-kind, 165-room hotel with four residential units, two restaurants, a lobby lounge, whiskey bar, recording studio, function space, hotel spa, and a rooftop deck with outdoor lounge areas.
